Our Personal Training
Services are offered IN PERSON, orONLINE. We
recognize that not everyone has the time or resources to get themselves to a
Personal Training Studio or Gym facility- we also recognize that not everyone wants
this!
We endeavor to design
programs that are applicable to YOU and YOUR lifestyle, taking into account
your goals, equipment/furniture available, time, etc. Each program we write is
based on a 4-week basis. This is to ensure your motivation levels stay
high and also because at around the 4-week mark, people begin to adapt. This is
what’s commonly called a ‘plateau’ effect, where any weight loss or results you
were seeing begin to slow.
