The benefits of Personal Training and Exercise have been well documented in the media of late.  Many people, however, still believe that Personal Training is only for weight loss or building muscle.  This is not the case.

Here at the Lab we recognize that not everyone has the time or resources to get themselves to a Personal Training Studio or Gym facility- we also recognize that not everyone wants this!

 

We endeavor to design programs that are applicable to YOU and YOUR lifestyle, taking into account your goals, equipment/furniture available, time, etc.

 

Each program we write is based on a 4-week basis.  This is to ensure your motivation levels stay high and also because at around the 4-week mark, people begin to adapt. This is what’s commonly called a ‘plateau’ effect, where any weight loss or results you were seeing begin to slow.

       The programs come with clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and include photo diagrams of exercises suggested.

NEW MUMS:

 

There is never a time that is so important to stay healthy and strong.. and there's also never a time which is harder to do so!  Here at the Lab we understand the challenges faced by new mums, and quite often the low self-esteem and energy that accompanies it.

This is why we have designed a set of training techniques that are specific for new mums.. These exercises are gentle and effective, and can be done in the comfort of your own home when time permits- only taking up to 15mins a day!

The best part of these, is that the exercises are also designed to include your baby, so that the time you need to spend with them is not taken up doing something else.  For enquiries or more information, please contact us.
