Welcome to The Natural Body Lab, where our aim is to provide health and fitness solutions to Women, in the most natural and holistic way possible. We believe that the best strategy to long-term vitality is a change in the entire lifestyle- and not just fad diets and gimmicks.

 

Specialising in Women's Health and Fitness, we can offer support and information in the areas of  Weightloss, Pregnancy, Pre-and-Post Natal Nutrition/Exercise, Breastfeeding Nutrition, and General Well-Being and Stress Relief. 

Along with the normal training styles, we have designed exercises specifically with new mums in mind- they actually include your little one in the workout!! Getting back into shape has never been easier or such a bonding experience for mother and baby.. Contact us for more information.

 

Our 'Baby-Friendly' Clinic welcomes all little ones, and is equipped with a Porta-Cot and Jolly Jumper.  This allows mums to come in for a consultation or a massage, with the peace-of-mind that baby is taken care of.  Appointments are never booked back-to-back, so that any 'timeouts' needed to tend baby are also catered for (at no extra time charge).  We understand the importance of this, and endeavour to make it as easy as possible for you..

 

For those who simply cannot afford the time to come to us, we also provide an 'online service', through which we can deliver Consultations, Programs and Support from the comfort of your home computer!  This is a great option for new mums looking for information and a support network.

 looking after their health and wellbeing, and has experienced first websitehand the

time and energy restraints.   Her forte is Women’s Health and Fitness,

Weight loss, Sports Nutrition and exercise.  She is an experienced

 relaxation/Remedial Massage Therapist.
