There is never a time that is so important to stay healthy and strong.. and there's also never a time which is harder to do so! We understand the challenges faced by new mums, and quite often the low self-esteem and energy that accompanies it.

 

This is why we have designed a set of training techniques that are specific for new mums.. These exercises are gentle and effective, and can be done in the comfort of your own home when time permits- taking as little as 15-30mins a day!

The best part of these, is that the exercises are also designed to include your baby, so that the time you need to spend with them is not taken up doing something else. Getting back into shape has never been easier or such a bonding experience for mother and baby..

Our 'Baby-Friendly' Clinic also welcomes all little ones, and is equipped with a Porta-Cot and Jolly Jumper.  This allows mums to come in for a consultation with the peace-of-mind that baby is taken care of.  We understand the importance of this, and endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you..
